Yaounde is the lightest drawing of these twenty-two for ink and it shows: long stretches of plain roofline, very little pattern, and the two horns at the left end doing most of the work.
What is in the drawing
A wide roof opens the left with two horns rising off its ridge and a long skirt falling away to the ground. A tall flagged slab follows, plain. A block with a notched top comes next over a low arch. Flat-roofed buildings run through the middle at low height, one of them stepped. A crenellated block follows, its parapet cut into square teeth over a run of tall arches. A long low hall comes past it with a shallow zigzag beneath, and a stepped tower closes the right.
