Topeka is the plainest drawing in this batch until the middle of it, where a dome on a tall lantern rises out of a row of flat blocks. The contrast is deliberate and it is the reason the drawing works.
What is in the drawing
A low block and two tall plain slabs open the left, the further one notched. A row of low buildings runs beside them carrying a slim mast. The center is the capitol: a drum standing on a wide base, a dome above it, and a tall lantern rising from the dome to the highest point in the picture. A low arcaded wing runs out from its foot. Past that a low block and a tall flat slab step up, and a plain slab closes the right.
Mug or canvas
Most of this width is plain block, which is why the ink comes in at 0.056 despite the capitol. The lantern is the exception, tall and thin, and thin verticals thicken first when a print shrinks, so 24 by 16 on canvas is where it keeps its proportion. The drawing runs 2.358 to 1 and circles a mug fully.
